Creating this 12″ bowl was a fun and interesting challenge. My client wanted a specific shade of yellow to be incorporated with mottled sunset colors.

Yellow is a color I have avoided in the past, but I’m a convert. After several tests and experiments, I was able to create a marigold shade of yellow. I love it so much, I’m already using it in other new works.

This is the Sunset Bowl. It is 12″ diameter and now lives in a beautiful home in Texas.

Syrah Vessel

This textural vessel is organic yet elegantly versatile with its rich coloration and metallic finish. The piece is created from reclaimed glass and finished in opaque oxblood burgundy and smoky black charcoal.

This is a limited production design that measures 11″ in diameter and 3″ tall.

Dreamscape 134 is full of the sun’s warmth. Vivid shades of red, orange, fuscia, and pink and complimented with variegated metal foil. The glass is displayed on a reclaimed red cedar stand.

Vintage Inspiration Vessel

The colors in the bowl are inspired by the vintage coral and turquoise jewelry that was popular in the 1940’s. I have always loved this color combination and have created several dreamscape sculptures in this colorway. This one-of-a-kind piece has the feel of a mid century koi pond.

This completed triptych is installed in a health care facility in Orland Park, IL. The three pieces are created with fired reclaimed glass mounted to wood and incorporate inks, metallics and pigments. The three circular pieces measure 16″, 20″, and 36″ diameter. Each of the three pieces hangs on a french cleat.

Brilliant Red Triptych

This brilliant red triptych is a pop of color for the wall. The set was created with kiln-fired glass, pigments, variegated metals, all mounted in a cradle and framed in black. It’s impactful at 52″ wide by 20″ tall, yet also zen with flowing texture that provides layers and layers of depth and interest.

Mounted glass is an excellent choice for public spaces where the beauty of glass is desired, but the fragility is a concern. This set arrives framed, wired, and ready to hang.
