New Work, TV Side Lights

When there was a small gap in the kiln schedule, I jumped at the chance to work on a project for our own home – side lights for our TV area.  Coming from South Lake Tahoe, I wanted the panels to look like mountains, with cool Tahoe-blue water making its way down.

The panels are made from reclaimed glass, pigments and variegated copper.  Each measures 30″ tall x 18″ wide.
