Finalist in the 2012 Niche Awards, Recycled Division, for “Transitions.” This piece was created just before I attended Pilchuck for the summer 2011 session. I named it Transitions for the transition of color, but also for the changes I felt coming. Little did I know! Award winners will be announced at the Philadelphia BMAC show in February.
